Grandparents Adsero came to town

Richard has had business here in Houston several times in the last year, and so it's been great to have them come stay for a few days with us. This time was less fun since I was so busy with the fundraiser and recovering from the fundraiser, but we managed to have a little fun.

Lincoln had an open house at his school so we all got to go to his classroom and see all the things he's been working on.

At least he knows that life is gonna be full of hard wrc (work).

Lincoln's two teachers are on the right. Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Serres.

Texas Independence Day is March 2nd, so Lincoln had a (very long) Hoedown presentation for us.

Our Texas Cowboy

Eldon just couldn't last the 45 minutes that mom thought would be 10.

Josh Allred, a friend from Primary, and close neighbor.

Later in the week, Bennett, Eldon, Grandma and I went to the Children's Museum in the Woodlands, and there was the tallest Texas cowboy there doing rope tricks. Bennett liked that his name was Shorty.

Getting into his bag of tricks.

Eldon was a little nervous, so you can see in the background that he was glad to have Laila hold him.

Bennett "learning the ropes".

It was very difficult to pull Eldon away from the water table.

Notice his armpits are just soaked from the water table. He didn't seem to mind.
