A Utah August

Well, now that September is almost over, I think I'll blog about August. I flew home for Laura and Robert's wedding in August and stayed for most of the month. What a dream come true. In Utah there are friends, family, cheap baby clothes, no humidity, drinking fountians and garbage cans everywhere and on top of all that, everyone speaks English. It was a much needed vacation. Anyway, here is August in review.

Wheeler Farm for the Pia Family Reunion - Aug 7th:

The Wedding - Aug 19th:

It rained cats and dogs in the morning right after their ceremony.
But luckily it cleared up by the evening for the reception.

Earth Wind and Fire Concert for our 3rd Anniversary - Aug 20th:

Bennett's Blessing - Aug 22nd:

Swimming with Marissa and the Kids - Aug 23rd:

Hang Out with Matt's Mission Buddies - Aug 26th:

Mecham Cousin Party - Aug 27th:

We were definitely sad to go. Maybe one day we'll leave in the land we love with (at least some of) the people we love.

  3. Your boys are so cute! It looks like you had a fun finish to your summer. I bet spending a bit of time with your fam was a breath of fresh air after living in a foreign country so far away from them for more than half a year.
