I made an open face tuna melt on a thick pita for the boys today. I must confess, I, myself, have a bit of an aversion to canned tuna. I think I've gone at least 10 years without eating it, but I bought it for our food storage cause it's easy protein. I like it better now, especially when mixed with our garlic chile aioli. Anyway, as I was preparing the tuna Lincoln was fussing cause he doesn't really like to try anything new. I asked him why he thinks he doesn't like it when he hasn't even tried it. He said, "It smells really weird and it will surprise me". Where does he get this stuff? It is kinda true. Even Benny, the garbage disposal, didn't finish is pita tuna melt.
